White-label GPS apps · for tracking businesses

A tracking app with your name on it, on your own store accounts.

Your own branded fleet app for iOS and Android, running on the Traccar server you already operate. Fixed price, about three weeks of build, and nothing of yours has to move.

What actually hurts

The parts that cost you money

01

Push is what breaks in a rebrand

Firebase and APNs credentials do not come with the fork. Miss one and tokens never register, silently, for some users. Then your customers stop getting geofence alerts and nobody can tell you why.

02

A logo swap invites a rejection

Apple’s guidelines 4.1 and 4.3 are aimed at apps that make minor changes to an existing app and at duplicates of the same app. A rejection costs you your launch date, and the reason is not always clear.

03

Your app on someone else’s account

Guideline 4.2.6 says template apps must be submitted by the content provider, not by a service on their behalf. An app on a vendor’s account is exposed, and leaving that vendor means leaving your users behind.

04

It ships once and never sees a second version

A cheap rebrand goes stale as soon as the next iOS release lands. Your customers see an old app with your logo on it, and that is the app they judge you by.

What gets built

The system that fixes it

Your branded fleet app

Built from Traccar Manager in Flutter: live map, history, reports, geofences and alerts, for iOS and Android, carrying your brand.

Push wired to your accounts

Your own Firebase project, APNs key and bundle IDs, with the server’s notification settings connected to match. It is a named line item because it is the part that breaks.

Real differentiation

The design and feature work that makes this your product rather than a recoloured copy, which is also what Apple’s review asks for.

Submission under your accounts

Store listings, submission support and the review correspondence, all on your developer accounts. You own the app, the listing and the users.

What this page is not claiming

I do not promise App Store approval, because Apple decides that. What you get is the correct structure, the differentiation work, the review correspondence, and the resubmission handled if it is rejected. If you only need Traccar’s web interface branded, that is built into the server for free, so do not pay anyone for it, including me.

Questions

Asked before every build

What does it cost?

$3,000–$4,500 for the branded fleet app on iOS and Android. Custom features and server work are quoted on top. A branded driver app, only needed if you track staff phones, adds $1,500–$2,500.

Someone quoted me far less. Why pay this?

That quote is probably real. It usually buys a logo swap, often published on someone else’s account, and it rarely sees a second version. If that is all you need, take it. This is for the app you intend to keep.

Have you done this before?

Yes. I completed a White Label GPS job on Upwork for $1,984, and the GPS apps below are live in the App Store. EcuaGPS Vision+ is published under the client’s own developer account, the same structure you would get.

Is it allowed to rebrand Traccar’s app?

Yes. Traccar Manager, the fleet app this is built from, is released under the Apache 2.0 licence, which permits forking and commercial use as long as its notices are kept.

Do I need my own developer accounts?

Yes, and that is deliberate. The app ships under your Apple and Google accounts, so it stays yours whoever maintains it later.

How long does it take?

About three weeks of build, then store review, which is not in anyone’s control but Apple’s and Google’s.

What if my platform needs more than the standard app?

Then it is a custom build. Custom reports, driver behaviour, fuel and sensor views or your own API sit on top of the package, and a focused app from scratch is $3,500 – $7,500.
